The value of this prime Beverly Hills property increased by $2,500,000 in just 11 months after Ron Dayan completed this dramatic transformation, while current appraisal shows a whopping $5,200,000 appreciation on investment!

Working with the homeowners to include her love of antiques and his love of all-things-electronic, Dayan magically bridged the 18th with the 21st centuries. With the addition of 1,500 square feet to the interior of the home, Dayan also created a vast new sports and entertainment area. An Italian veranda leads you to the large stone and grass plaza complete with Parisian street lights and benches. The stone Gazebo offers a magnificent view of the rear of the property and the spectacular 30 foot wide waterfall that cascades into the recessed tennis court.
