Palos Verdes EstatesThe owners, wine connoisseurs and members of an international wine club, were treated to stone-textured wall, made of plywood and luxurious furnishings watched over by Bacchus and Baccante, weighing at 430 Lb. each.
Beverly Hills MansionThe value of this prime Beverly Hills property increased by $2,500,000 in just 11 months after Ron Dayan completed this dramatic transformation, while current appraisal shows a whopping $5,200,000 appreciation on investment!
Working with the homeowners to include her love of antiques and his love of all-things-electronic, Dayan magically bridged the 18th with the 21st centuries. With the addition of 1,500 square feet to the interior of the home, Dayan also created a vast new sports and entertainment area. An Italian veranda leads you to the large stone and grass plaza complete with Parisian street lights and benches. The stone Gazebo offers a magnificent view of the rear of the property and the spectacular 30 foot wide waterfall that cascades into the recessed tennis court.
Laguna Niguel MansionThis newly built estate was lacking one thing- character! The challenge was to ‘dress’ the interior and exterior areas with finishes and furnishings that would transform the structure into a true Mediterranean home, perched on the mountain with a view of the ocean on the horizon.

Remax Palos Verdes RealtyPiccadilly Designs was commissioned to create a new headquarters for RE/MAX Palos Verdes in a space previously occupied by a bank. The local press described the transformation as: "A bit of Rodeo Drive at the Peninsula Center." And indeed, the glamour Piccadilly Designs achieved was only an illusion; the films used to simulate Birdseye maple and black granite was a trick attributed to Ron Dayan's experience as an art director and set designer for television.
Penny Lane Café, West Hollywood, CAThe storefront windows and street-front patio dining give way to sliding French doors. Ambient and task lighting emanate from the chain- hung wood structure.
The bar features made-to-order wood paneling with embossed grapevine detail.
